Areas covered by Fortino's Flowers & Gifts There is a $9.95 delivery fee for all local deliveries.  There will be an additional charge of $4.99 for express or timed deliveries.   The charge for all non-local deliveries is $15.95.  Deliveries to a business will be guaranteed by 5 pm for no extra charge. If the recipient is not home, the parcel will be left with a neighbour, and the recipient notified. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, resulting in a second delivery attempt, the customer will  be billed for the second delivery.
